Just a whole lot of dribble – that’s what our shower head in the caravan has been doing lately. And we found the reason why. Upon inspection, most of the little green jets seemed to have disappeared. How did that happen? When Robin pulled it all apart, the green plastic nozzles had fallen out of place to the back of the shower rose – rather like they had turned their toes up and died. No wonder it wasn’t working properly.
There was only one thing to do, take a trip to the nearest Placemakers to check out the plumbing section. We hoped that we wouldn’t have to purchase a complete new shower fitting. With any luck they will have another shower head with the same size screw-on fitting. And they did!
Back at the caravan, the new “Aquatica Piatta” shower head was attached in a flash. That was easy. Then water was turned on, and yes, a decent flow at last. Good job, Robin.
