Our new (to us) jeep spent quite some time in the auto-electricians recently, getting all sorts of things done getting it ready to tow our caravan. But now it is safely back home, and has been hooked up to the van and taken for a test drive to make sure all the new bits work properly.
Work required was: Electric Brakes, power for the electronic stability control, fitting a rear view camera on the caravan, and a battery charger to top up the house battery in the caravan while we are travelling.
It will be our first caravan club trip away this weekend with the new car, so hopefully everything goes well. We will have the added complication of taking our new kitten Gemma away with us on her first caravan trip! We have been trialing her wearing her harness the last few days, just to get her used to the feel of it. The plan is to keep her closely confined, and she will be staying inside the van all weekend, we hope!

Mick recently had to have all of that work carried out on our new ute. So worth it to get it done by the experts. Im sure Gemma will be fine, but defiantly a difference expected from taking Muffy along. Good luck with it all.
